Shipping & Returns
At TrailTails Co., we partner with trusted suppliers in the US and Europe to ensure fast delivery. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. To start a return, please email support@trailtailsco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that custom or personalized items and final sale items cannot be returned.
